Goatobais, also known as the Goat, is a mischievous little brat who is the complete opposite of Lambert, also known as the Lamb, but at the same time, not really. While Lambert and Goatobais both run the Cult of the Lamb, they do so in very different ways. While Lambert is patient, Goatobais isn't.
