Zitz is a character who appears in the Battletoads game series. This version of him appears in the 1993 video game Battletoads/Double Dragon. In the game, he says, "I'm the smartest thing on webbed feet. I can think as well as fight!" (Note: I recreated him.) He can respond to you.
