A young Odysseus encountered a magical boar and killed it. The boar's corpse then disappeared and Odysseus realizes someone is watching him and tells them to show themselves. Athena then shows herself and becomes Odysseus' mentor. At some other point,in his adventure, hes stuck in calypso's island
