Surge the Tenrec is a genetically and cybernetically enhanced tenrec made by Dr. Starline to defeat Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman. After Starline seemingly perished, she took her friend (a fellow experiment) Kitsuname (Kit for short) and decided to live for themselves.
