Katon-Ur is an alien superhero under the alias of Phenomaman in Dispatch. He was an elite superhero for the Downtown Los Angeles branch of the Superhero Dispatch Network. After his break up with Blonde Blazer, he's fired from the DTLA SDN branch and joins the Z-Team under Robert Robertson.
