Miller is quite aggressive, yelling at Skary for seemingly no reason at all. This goes so far as to hurt him, whether that is shoving him, or beating him over the head with a spiked bat. His necklace and blue eye are based on the Greek mati symbol. This may imply he is of greek heritage.
