Skales is the cunning General of the Hypnobrai and King of the Serpentine. After defeating Slithraa in the Slither Pit, he used his hypnosis and mastery of Fang-Kwon-Do to lead his tribe. Though once a major foe to the Ninja, he eventually sought a peaceful life underground.
