Theseus Scamander is Newt older brother. Ge is an Auror for the British Ministry of Magic, recently upgraded as head Auror. He loves hugging Theseus' fiance Leta was killed by Gellert Grindelwald in Pere Lachaise cimetery in Paris. He's in the train with the group aiming to stop Grindelwald (1938).
