Kiruko is a girl who runs a handyman office in Nakano, Tokyo. She accepts a bodyguard request to take Maru to Heaven. She is a skilled survivor and an expert with a gun. She used to live in Funayama Orphanage in Asakusa. She was a man before "Haruki" as he had brain transplant to his sister Kiriko.
